Life is messy. Mine is. That’s part of my story. Part of why I write. Not to make sense of it, so much as to try to capture glimpses of God in the midst of it. He brings the beauty – the order – the goodness – to the messiness.
Part of my story and my struggle is living with a chronic health issue. Life often brings us into unexpected territory. I’m finding God’s goodness in this unexpected place – in my Here and Now life.
I’m learning how to live out God’s truth in that middle place of ‘this-isn’t–what-I-expected‘ territory. God has met me here -He’s blessed me here – He’s healing me here – and my only response is thanks and praise!
My prayer for you, and for me, is that the eyes of our hearts may be opened to see God’s goodness in the midst of our daily lives.
